Einstein In Love

I was intrigued by a book called Einstein in Love and finally got around to starting it. It is a interesting take on Einstein's early life and his first marriage to Mileva Maric, a gifted Serb mathematician. She was his dark soul mate, intellectual collaborator and emotional adversary. There is some speculation that Mileva might have been instrumental in formulating relativity with Albert Einstein.

Einstein also comes across as a man who loved women but was also trouble for women. He crushed many a women's soul with his manly thoughtlessness. He swears repeatedly that he will mind his own business and avoid romantic adventures. But even a genius can't avoid the affairs of the heart.

I can certainly understand yearning for romantic adventures, especially when you click on a intellectual level with the person you are with.
